‘I was a trekking guide in the higher regions of the Himalayas for a number of years before I went into catering, so in total I have been working with Western tourists for nearly 20 years. I have known Mary for over 6 years and we often talked about these retreats and use healthy recipes. I look forward to these journeys and would like to assure you that my catering team will ensure that all your dietary needs are kept to the highest standards of care and hygiene possible.’
