Responsibilities

Lazarus is unable to accept any responsibility for negligence that may occur on the part of accommodation or transport used. Neither can we accept responsibility for any accidents or physical injuries that may befall you. (Please see the 'Health Factors' section of this website for insurance cover.)

However, we make every possible endeavor to care for your safety and well-being. We have given the utmost consideration in choosing accommodation. Our drivers are professional and experienced and all vehicles used are classed as 'luxury' in India.

Like–wise, apart from your stay in Delhi, we use our own team who are also experienced in catering for westerners. Lazarus cannot take responsibility for any damages you may incur to any of the facilities offered, even if accidental.

Lazarus is also unable to cover any extra costs should roads be closed on route and we are unable to reach our booked destination. This is dealt with and paid for at the time by each individual.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total fee is required upon booking. The remainder is due not later than six weeks before your departure. If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel after paying in full and we are able to fill your place, then we will return 60% of your total booking fee. (For a minimal fee, you can personally insure against this. Please see the 'Health Factors' section of this website.)
